We hold a vast range of tooling to offer a wide range of bend types. Our continuous investment programme to upgrade and improve our fabrication capabilities means we have the latest press brake technology.

Our CNC press brakes are in operation 24 hours a day on both large and small production batches (up to 100 tonnes and 3.0m). With a faster set up, integrated off-line programming, which relates directly back to the laser cutting requirements - we're able to process complex designs, faster.

We are fully equipped to offer welding on a vast array of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Our in house skills, along with the latest machinery, allow us to accurately reproduce any component, providing services for prototypes and full production batches. We've worked on hundreds of products, from Park Benches to Military Hardware.

As part of our extensive laser cutting and fabrication services, we offer in-house shotblasting which gives us the ability to turn surface treatment around quickly. We use a high-quality steel shot as part of the process giving us an excellent quality finish which allows our powder coating to bond seamlessly.

This investment has meant that we can offer our customers an expanded range of services. Because we can now meet a greater range of fabrication requirements quickly, we are helping to simplify supply chain processes for our clients.

Our in-house powder coating operation includes an autowash system to clean and protect the parts prior to painting. This is only used for our Laser Cutting and Fabrication Customers to ensure we retain complete control of timings and quality.
