A series of interlocking complex MDF panels. The accuracy of slots and the sharpness of internal corners allow a perfect assembly fit with minimal gluing. This unit forms the internal structure of a high specification studio speaker system.

A leading automobile manufacturer offers a vehicle option with or without fog lamps. For the fog lamp model Laser Expertise cuts an elliptical hole into the polypropylene blank to create the fog lamp housing.

Several small multicoloured panels are screen printed onto a larger acrylic panel thereby saving on print costs. The individual panels are separated by laser cutting and any additional holes or designs required are profiled at the same time.
